1. Program Introduction
Editor Note: After 4 years, students shall be equipped with proficient Chinese levle in all aspectgs.
- This bachelor’s degree is offered for international students whose Chinese proficiency is above elementary level and who expects to improve their Chinese language, literature and culture;
- Graduates of this major are supposed to become Chinese professionals with high comprehensive qualities;
- The major requires 4 years of schooling after completing the required courses with qualifying scores;
- When graduated, students shall finish their academicdegree theses, pass the thesis oral defense, and bear an HSK certificate of Band 5 or above.

- Applicants should upload officially issued and sealed transcripts of all courses in high school. If the performance evaluation criteria are available, please also upload them.
- Notarized translations must be uploaded along with the originals if the transcripts are not in Chinese or English.*2. No Criminal Record Report
- Applicants should upload a no criminal record report issued by the local public security authority.
- The date of issue should be within 6 months from the date of submitting the application.*3. Physical Examination Form
-Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.

-The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
-Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
-The medical results are valid for 6 months only.
-Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo or contain abnormal examination results will be considered invalid.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.*4. Financial Support Guarantee
- Applicants could upload their own bank statements issued within the past 6 months. - Applicants could download and fill in the Statement of Financial Support for International Students with the supporter’s signature. The supporter’s ID certificates and bank statements should also be attached.

-The test covers Chinese (Humanities and STEM Chinese), Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Mathematics is required for all programs, while other subjects depend on the university’s specific requirements.

- Applicants for Musicology should meet the corresponding piano academic level and upload musicals works stored in a CD. Applicants for Fine Arts should upload works, including two sketches, two color paintings, and two other works.

- Prospective high school graduates should upload an official pre-graduation certificate issued by their current schools. Admitted students need to provide the original degree certificates and upload the scanned copies upon registration.
